Oyster Sunday named as Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies in the World of 2024

New Orleans-based hospitality studio focused on supporting the independent restaurant & hospitality groups joins the ranks of Nvidia, YouTube, and more.

Oyster Sunday has been named to Fast Company’s prestigious list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2024.

This year’s list shines a spotlight on businesses that are shaping industry and culture through their innovations. These organizations are setting new standards and achieving remarkable milestones in all sectors of the economy. Alongside the World's 50 Most Innovative Companies, Fast Company recognizes organizations across 58 sectors and regions.

“We launched Oyster Sunday to create a more sustainable business infrastructure for the hospitality industry, and are honored to have worked with some of the best independent hospitality brands in the world. Over the last four years, we came to learn that one of the biggest hurdles our clients faced was a lack of access to affordable healthcare for their teams. This led us to build our second company, OS BENEFiTS, the first affordable health insurance and wellness benefits marketplace made for the hospitality industry, by the hospitality industry. To say that I am proud of what we’re now able to offer through OS BENEFiTS is an understatement, and this recognition from Fast Company is a testament to all of the hard work and dedication of our team, our clients, and our industry.”

– Elizabeth Tilton, Founder + CEO, Oyster Sunday + OS BENEFiTS

OS BENEFiTS is working to change all that with health insurance plans starting as low as $260 per month. The plans launch April 1st and are designed to serve full time, part time and seasonal employees. Sign up for the OSB Waitlist to learn more!

Elizabeth Tilton is the Founder + CEO of both Oyster Sunday, a hospitality studio for independent F&B businesses, and OS BENEFiTS, the first affordable health insurance and wellness benefits market made for the hospitality industry, by the hospitality industry. Oyster Sunday takes meaningful responsibilities off operators’ plates so they can focus on what matters the most. Since launching in 2019, Oyster Sunday has supported over 175 independent hospitality businesses coast-to-coast, and now internationally.

A New Orleans native, Elizabeth began her hospitality career in the kitchen at some of the city’s best restaurants including Sucré and August. Looking to expand her experience, she moved to Manhattan to join Momofuku, first working in front-of-house operations at Saam Bar and then in the corporate office.
